  • Your assigned caregiver will arrive according to your scheduled care plan. If you need to communicate regarding your schedule, services, or have any questions, please contact our office directly. We will coordinate all communication with your caregiver to ensure continuity of care.

  • We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes whenever possible. This allows us to adjust staffing and continue providing quality care to all of our clients.

    For same-day cancellations or emergencies, please contact our office as soon as possible.

  • Absolutely. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. If you feel your assigned caregiver is not the best fit, simply contact our office. We will work with you to understand your preferences and make every effort to match you with another qualified caregiver.

  • If you experience a life-threatening emergency, immediately call 911.

    After emergency services have been contacted, please notify Prestige Elite Living LLC as soon as possible so we can assist with communication, care coordination, and any necessary schedule adjustments.

    For urgent, non-life-threatening concerns after business hours, our on-call staff is available to assist you.

  • We currently accept Private Pay clients and offer convenient billing options.

    Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit or Debit Card

    • ACH Bank Transfer

    • Check

    • Other approved payment methods

    Invoices are provided according to your service agreement. We are also preparing to accept eligible Medicaid programs upon approval.

  • Yes! Prestige Elite Living LLC provides care 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

    Whether you need a few hours of assistance, overnight support, or around-the-clock care, we are here when you need us.

  • Yes. We offer transportation assistance as part of your care plan for activities such as:

    • Medical appointments

    • Grocery shopping

    • Pharmacy visits

    • Religious services

    • Personal errands

    • Community outings

    Transportation services are subject to caregiver availability and may include mileage charges.
